Be cooperative, listen to others and remember that everyone has something to contribute. Participate fully, share my ideas, explain things to help others understand and say when I don’t understand. Be tolerant; if I disagree I present my argument politely.  Learn from and with others – use their positive methods, habits or values. Be a learning coach.
