Can you use playdough to make CVC words?

Cave Baby:

Revisit the story Cave Baby by Julia Donaldson. Focus on the different animals in the story and discuss the words used to describe their appearances and movements, such as lurking tiger and leaping hare. Explore together how the different animals from the story would move. Go on a journey together, from Cave Baby's cave to the mammoths' cave, changing your movements as you meet the different creatures.

Carnivore or herbivore?

Look at the pictures of the dinosaurs, do you think they are a carnivore that eats meat or a herbivore that eats plants?

Today we are going to be making our very own cave paintings! Can you make your own using either paints, crayons or mud from your garden?
