Monday resources and links

We have two activities for you to explore this afternoon.

 

The first is volleyball as the final lesson of our games activities for this term.  Explore the activities in the video below, if you aren't able to practise the actual skills in your garden, perhaps you could practise the strong start positions without hitting balls.

​Next we have a topic/PSHE session for you to explore.  

 

We are going to use all of the learning that we've done during our topic this term to help us to write a pledge to our digestive systems, promising to improve our digestive health and stating how we will do it.

 

We'd like you to have a think about what you might try to do in the four months that we have left in Year 4; we plan to revisit these at the end of the year to see how successful we've been.

 

An example could be some thing like:  ‘I pledge to do some physical exercise every day. I need to do this because I don’t do any at the moment and that can make my gut slow.’

 

Present your learning in a way that will help you to remember what you've committed to try to do  😊
