Homework

Each week children are asked to complete one of the tasks from the grid to aid their learning. Home learning books are handed out on a Friday and expected back on Wednesday so we can see all the excellent learning pupils have been doing at home!

As well as home learning, parents can help their child's learning by reading regularly, with reading records being brought in daily to update their reading mileage and read around the world!

Times tables expectations in year 2 are 2s, 5s and 10s. Times Tables Rockstars is a fun way to practice these at home!

An alternative way to practise maths is to use hit the button to practise quick recall of number facts.

These are the Homework grids that are stuck in the front of Warhol's homework books. As explained at the top of the grid, children can chose which subject they would like to focus on and colour in a puzzle piece when the homework is completed.
