Reading at Home - New Resources
We all know how important it is for children to keep practising their reading skills, and it has been lovely to hear how many of the children have been continuing their reading at home. We would like to offer you a link to a website called Oxford Owl which offers children the chance to access e-books from their book band level. There are a range of books for children to explore.
Open the document below to find out how to access the e-books on Oxford Owls using your class logins.
You can also find lots of e-books on Purple Mash. If you log in to Purple Mash then click on 'Serial Mash' on the home page you will be able to access lots of books for your child's age range. These books also have quizzes and follow up activities for children to do for each chapter of the book they read.
Top Tip- Don't forget to check out the current learning section of the Music and PE pages (on the class pages listing screen). There are a wealth of activities and ideas.
